—  INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES  —

1. DESIGNER FOR A DAY

This one-time, single-day service you, the client, the benefit of using an interior designer for a specific project, such as interior decorating for a specific room, choosing paint colours, etc. This interior design or decorating service typically involves 4 to 6 hours of design work.

2. IN-HOME CONSULTATION/IDEA SESSION

This service usually addresses a specific project you have in mind, such as a remodel or one-room decoration project. An in-home visit can be scheduled or a meeting can also be conducted via Zoom or an in-office meeting. These sessions typically last for 1 to 3 hours and can be billed by the hour or at a set price.

3. SHOPPING TRIP

A one-day shopping trip with me is a popular service and a great way to get a start on your design project. This may allow us to visit various trade showrooms that are not available to the general public. We can also visit some of my favorite vendors with whom I have established relationships. Theses trips can be used for shopping for furniture, accessories or art, or the fixtures and materials needed for any home remodel.

4. SPECIAL EVENT/HOLIDAY DECORATING

If you need some help with an upcoming party or event, this service will help you with the necessary planning and logistics for your gathering. Perhaps you need help in getting your home ready for the holidays? As a designer, I can provide you with ideas and tips and even help out with sourcing and shopping for décor and party supplies. 5. HOURLY SERVICES

This type of service is generally used for smaller projects and billing is done by the hour.

6. FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

On the other end of spectrum, and at the top of my interior design services offering, is “full-service” interior design. This is best defined as a comprehensive service that includes in-person design, purchasing, project management and installation. This service means that, as an interior designer, I will handle the entire project, from initial concept to finishing touches, whether it’s new construction, renovation or remodelling.

8. E-DESIGN

Upon request, I am happy to provide virtual service, also referred to as e-design, online or “virtual” interior design services. Post-pandemic, some clients may prefer limited in-person meetings, and/or access to my design skills no matter where they live! Online consultations, Zoom meetings, email, etc. allows me the opportunity to work with you without having to meet face-to-face.
